A festival built entirely on a wordplay — Gimcheon isn't known for gimbap, but 'gimbap-cheonguk' (gimbap heaven) sounds like the city's name, and the city leaned into it.
Who it suits: Food-festival collectors who want the odd, small-city one — gimbap isn't actually a Gimcheon specialty, the festival runs on the name's pun.
